Can I get free samples from suppliers?

A: Sorry, we do not provide free sample service temporarily. The cooperation between the two parties relies on the principle of trust. We provide integrated supply chain services, not only for customers, but also for suppliers.

How is the dropshipping service implemented?

A: We have two modes for customers to choose.

①Agent delivery (China): We will provide you with an agent delivery mode in our warehouse in China. When your end customer provides you with an order. We will submit it to the warehouse for packaging and shipping.

②Agent delivery (overseas warehouse): We have leased warehouses that cooperate with us in many places in Europe. Fees vary from region to region. It is more suitable for single-selling online store customers.

How do I get the lowest price for a product?

A: After you get in touch with us. We will provide you with quotations from multiple suppliers and service scoring standards of different suppliers within 48 hours. The price we offer may not be the lowest price, but the best price. We will select the most suitable supplier for customers according to the supplier's production standards, production quality and after-sales service. How do you charge?

A: We take commodity service consultation and supplier screening as free items. These two fees are MUX's gold business. For transportation services and other value-added services, we will adopt different fee standards.
